All of our products are backed up with our fanatical level of support. As your Technology partner we take ownership of any issues you experience using our software products and resolve the majority of issues the same day they are received. With U.S based phone support (7 am - 8pm EST) and on-call after hours support (8 pm - 1 am EST) we are here to resolve your issues any time of the day.

Managed Website Support

All of our web applications are password protected with stringent password composition standards. Individual client applications can be customized with the password management standards that meet their company’s policies. We provide phone support (7 am - 8pm EST) for all password management issues in addition to the application specific support we provide with all of our solutions

ECT Help Desk

In addition to our phone support we provide a web-based help desk user interface. This support ticket tracking application allows end-users or designated support professionals within your organization to create a ticket detailing their application issues or questions via the web. All phone contact is also logged in this helpdesk system and worked to completion so your issue is never lost in the shuffle. Our web-based helpdesk portal is ideal for Organization's who prefer to use us as second level support as it provides your internal support team with an easy to use tool for managing and reporting on any escalated support issues. Our Support Philosophy

Great support makes great products better. Whether you have questions about how to use our products or the infrequent technical issue you will always talk to a technician that fully understands our products and can in most cases quickly answer your questions or resolve your issue.

We use GotoAssist, a web based remote pc management utility, that allows us to easily remote into your equipment to quickly troubleshoot any problems you may experience. Our US based support teams also interface directly with our development teams allowing them access to the critical knowledge required to quickly resolve your issues.

  • If a technician is not available when you call we will contact you within 1 hr.
